Virtual/Online Mediation

We are now offering virtual mediation through Zoom. Zoom allows us to keep each party and their attorney separate from the other party in the case. This allows the mediator to offer the same mediation services as in-person mediation.

In order to facilitate a virtual mediation, each participant will need to download the Zoom App. The app is free to download and a download link is included below.  Parties/lawyers may need to download Adobe PDF (free version) in order to sign documents. Parties and their lawyers do not have to be in the same location for virtual mediation.  Parties may participate from home/other place or from their lawyer's office along with their lawyer.
